PTA Meetings
PTA Meetings are generally held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Media Center or All Purpose Room. There will be childcare provided by KAH for children 4 years old and older. Spanish interpretation will also be provided.

Mini-Grant Application
The PTA is offering grants of up to $500 for products or services that are not otherwise covered by school or county funds, and that will support student success, engage families, improve the health and safety of students and families, increase access to arts education or celebrate advocacy and diversity at FKES. Grants are accepted on a rolling basis, but funds are limited. Apply early for the best chances of having a grant funded.

2025-25 Reimbursement Form
The Reimbursement Form is an electronically routed form. Please complete the form, attach receipts, and it will automatically route to the PTA Treasurer (Jason Berlow) and the PTA President for approval. For any questions, please contact Treasurer@fkespta.org.
Please note: You must email the FKES Treasurer for pre-approval for all purchases in advance (to ensure the requested activity is in the budget). Purchases made without pre-approval may not receive reimbursement.
Fundraiser Cash Encounters Form
The PTA Cash Verification Form is required to document all cash/checks received though fundraising activities. All fundraising chairs should complete this form with the assistance of the Treasurer (Jason Berlow). For any questions, please contract Treasurer@fkespta.org
