Grandparents’ and Special Friends’ Day News
About the Committee
What: Grandparents and Special Friends Day has been a tradition at FKES for over 25 years. This outreach to the community invites the older generation to come and spend a few hours in our elementary school.
When: Busy time of the committee is from the end of January to the day of the event, Friday, April 15th.
Needed: Volunteers are needed to donate food, sign in visitors, take photos, provide musical entertainment, provide interpretation, and to escort visitors from classrooms to the photo shoot.
