About the Direct Donation Campaign (DDC)
English: The Direct Donation Campaign (DDC) gives FKES families and friends an opportunity to make a monetary donation directly to the PTA. All DDC monies are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE and go directly to supporting PTA programs without having to profit share with an outside organization. This allows us to move away from direct sales fundraising (wrapping paper, pizza, and cookie dough sales). The PTA funds (in full or in part) a wide range of activities that all FKES students enjoy.
Spanish: La Campaña de Donación Directa (DDC) les ofrece a las familias de Forest Knolls la oportunidad de hacer una contribución monetaria directamente al PTA. Todas las donaciones irán directamente a los programas del PTA sin tener que compartir las ganancias con ninguna organización fuera de la escuela. Esto nos permite alejarnos de las ventas para recaudación de fondos (papel de regalo, pizza, y mezcla para galletas). El PTA auspicia (en parte parcial o completa) una gran variedad de actividades de las cuales disfrutan todos los estudiantes.

DDC Committee Information
Volunteers Needed: Volunteers to assist chair to advertise the DDC, send home fliers requesting donations, and track total DDC collection.
